There is an implied ending to this command: "...had you been in their situation." So it does not matter if you are a sado-masochist or not. As long as they are not, you can not maso-sado them. Most people forget this implied ending for the golden rule which weakens the entire rule. Now pick that Tennis ball with your mouth and crawl back to me so I can get on with my game.
