Some sites have this feature. I'd like to print a long thread and read all the responses on paper. It allows me to make notes on the printout, which will help me compose replies.

I am afraid this particular pre-packaged forum software does not have this feature. The only thing I can think of is to do a"print page" from your browser.
You have to do every page though, where there are posts.
