HI Mutley,
As A_B mentioned, IF has run away. Why don't you try to discuss the same issue with our own Ahmed.
Please make sure before starting the debate that he will not resort to abuses and insults when he start loosing. We all know that these are his last weapons. So please include this point in debate rules.
PS: I think, he will not take up the challenge, because this particular topic may turn into a suicidal one for him. lol |

IF hasn't run away. He's just avoiding my questions because he doesn't have good answers to them. He had the chance to erase my challenge, but he told AB to keep it up there as he finds me to be an "interesting customer" Yes, indeed. _________________ If it is peace you want, seek to change yourself, not other people. You are indeed
Why don't you try to be "an interesting customer" to Ahmed as well. |

I did. Didn't you see my debate with him? But as we all know, he has this bizarre tendency to back out of the conversation by dismissing the other person when his answers end up being utter nonsense. _________________ If it is peace you want, seek to change yourself, not other people. I know. What I meant is, invite Ahmed on the same topic, and let's see how much he can twist and turn the verses in his attempt to refute this irrefutable. Or he may not accept your invitation at all, because this topic is too much for him. |

Why bother? He won't accept, and even if he did, it wouldn't be long before he dismisses me as an excuse for not having a good answer. _________________ If it is peace you want, seek to change yourself, not other people. God tests for OUR sake, it's not that He doesn't know, it's that WE don't know, and it's like a parent to a child. I thought I.F. brought that point out rather well and patiently.
So maybe he left because if the person he spoke to can't understand that, what's the point of talking further. _________________ God needs no defending, and always begs the premise. For belief of any kind, always needs self-auditing. |

Where did he bring that point out? What are you talking about? Quote it. Also, why does God test us for our sake? Please explain. _________________ If it is peace you want, seek to change yourself, not other people. It was in his very first post on the first debate page, Mutley. He was trying to be nice.

You as a Human being dont know whats going on in the other side of teh globe in a perticular place ..Or nobody has the knowleadge about whats going on the furthest star located in the furthest Galxies.. But this is known by Almighty God.. Therefore, you see that Almighty is All knowing..
There have never been any contradiction whatsoever...But what you gotta do is to think. |
That's the test: DO YOU THINK? "What think ye of Christ" is how the Bible puts it, and the frequent injunction to "test the Lord" (witty play on peraizw), because you yourself are really the one being tested for your faith, main theme in 1 Peter.
Testing is for the benefit of the student. The teacher doesn't need it, the student does.
